[PharmNews=Eung-Min Kim] Hugel Inc., a leading global medical aesthetics company, held a Board of Directors meeting on March 14, 2025 and appointed Chulmin Park as Representative Executive Officer. Park will succeed Seonho Hahn.

Park joined Hugel in 2018 and has been serving as the head of business operations, overseeing HR and legal and regulatory affairs, as well as production and R&D. He has been recognized for his role in providing stable support that fueled Hugel’s rapid growth and successful global expansion in China, Europe, and the US.

Park holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Korea University and a master’s degree from Cornell University. Before joining Hugel, he worked at leading South Korean conglomerates Hyundai Motor Company and GS Engineering & Construction, as well as global big pharma companies Bayer and Sanofi.

A Hugel official stated, “Starting from March 14, 2025 Park will officially begin his term, alongside the current Representative Executive Officer Hyoungjin Moon.”
